Here are some common questions that we frequently receive from our customers. 

General Questions

Where is your office/shop located?

Our office is located at 82 Genting Lane, #05-08 Media Centre, Singapore 349567. Click here for our google map location.

What are your operating hours?

We are open for business on all weekdays (except public holidays) from 10.30am – 5pm.

To avoid disappointment, please give us a call before coming over so that we can ensure that there is someone around to assist you and that the item that you are looking for is available.

I’ll be driving, where is the nearest parking available?

There are parking lots for visitors in Media Centre building, just inform the duty guards that you are visiting to our office and they will direct you to the visitor lots.

Purchase and Payment

I’m intending to purchase one of your products in large quantity, do you provide discounts for bulk purchase?

We do provide bulk purchase discount for some of our products. Pls email us @ sales@unitech.com.sg and provide us with details on the products as well as the quantity required.

I’m intending to purchase one of your products in large quantity, can you send me some free sample to test out first?

We will recommend that you can consider purchasing a small quantity of the product to try out first before deciding if you’d like to proceed to purchase in bigger quantity.

Can I visit your office to take a look the product first before deciding whether to buy or not?

Definitely, we are more than happy to have you in our office. However, to avoid disappointment, do give us a call  or drop us an email beforehand to confirm the stock availability.

I couldn’t find the pricing for your products on your website, how can I get the pricing?

Our product prices are not listed on our website, you can give us a call or drop us an email with details on the products that you are looking for and we will provide you with the current pricing.

Is there any MOQ (minimum order quantity) in order to purchase from Unitech Supplies?

Nope, there isn’t any MOQ and you are welcome to purchase simply based on the quantity that you require.

How can I know if a particular item is in stock?

Most of our products on our website are ex-stock(subject to sales). However, to confirm on the availability, please give us a call @ +65 6848 4867 or drop us an email @ sales@unitech.com.sg. Otherwise you can also click on the “Request for Quotation” button on the product page to make an enquiry.

I don’t see any option for me to purchase directly through your website, how do I make a purchase/order?

We currently do not provide online transactions. For purchases, you can drop us an email at sales@unitech.com.sg to check on the pricing, stock availability as well as to confirm the order.

What are the payment options available?

Currently we are accepting the following modes of payment:

Are your 90 days warranty for real?

Yes,  we proudly stand by all the products that we supply and hence the 90 days warranty for all our products. If you found any defects with any of our products within 90 days of purchase, we will offer a 1-1 exchange for you.

Simply contact us with the product and original invoice and we will provide the exchange for you.

Delivery and Collection

Do you provide delivery and what are the charges (if any)?

Yes, we provide free delivery within Singapore for orders above $150.00 SGD. For orders below $150.00 SGD, there will be a $30 (before GST) delivery charge.

Do you provide delivery outside of Singapore?

Yes, we can either:

  1. Deliver it to your freight forwarder in Singapore who will deliver it to you
  2. Arrange for our courier to deliver the items to you (we will check and advise you on the courier charges before arranging for the courier)

How long does it takes for Unitech Supplies to deliver my order?

For ex-stock items, we are usually able to provide the delivery on the next business day upon confirmation of order. For indent-basis items, it depends on the items that are being ordered and we will try to let you know the delivery timeline when providing the quotation.

Can I purchase and self-collect at your office?

Yes, definitely. Do let us know in advance so that we can prepare the items and ensure that there is someone in the office to assist with your purchase.
