[Updates] New Delivery Option for Local Delivery

As part of our ongoing efforts to bring you better service and better price options, we are pleased to announce that we are introducing a new delivery option for our customers located in Singapore:

$8 Local (SG) Delivery – for orders below $150SGD

&

Free Local Delivery – for orders above $150SGD 

 

Current Delivery Options:

For orders above $150SGD,

  1. Free local (SG) delivery within 2 working days (subject to stock availability) or
  2. Self-collection at our office on any working day between 10.30am – 5pm

For orders below $150 SGD,

  1. Local (SG) delivery within 2 working days (subject to stock availability) for a flat rate of $30.00 SGD or
  2. Self-collection at our office on any working day between 10.30am – 5pm

New Delivery Options:

For orders above $150 (no changes)

  1. Free local (SG) delivery within SG within 2 working days (subject to stock availability) or
  2. Self-collection at our office on any working day between 10.30am – 5pm

For orders below $150

  1. Local (SG) delivery within 2 working days (subject to stock availability) for a flat rate of $30.00 SGD or
  2. Local (SG) delivery within 5 working days (subject to stock availability) for a flat rate of $8.00 SGD **NEW** or
  3. Self-collection at our office on any working day between 10.30am – 5pm

What has changed?

Instead of having to pay $30.00 SGD for local delivery, now you can now have the option to have your purchase delivered to you at just $8.00 SGD which is a 73.33% saving.

Who will benefit from this new delivery option?

This new delivery option is ideal for customers whose purchase are below $150 and would like to enjoy some costs saving from the delivery charges.

What’s the Catch here?

Expect slightly longer delivery time. For the $30 delivery option (which is still available), we will have your purchase delivered to you within 2 working days (subject to stock availability; which we will confirm with you before you make payment). For the new $8 delivery option, your purchase will usually reach you within 5 working days (also subject to stock availability).

When will the new delivery option be available?

Today – as of 28th July 2018, this new option will be available for all our local customers.
