As much as we strive to make your experience on our website to be as seamless as possible, we know that you might still have some questions for us. Below are some questions that are frequently posed to us by our customers (as well as our replies) that we hope you’ll find helpful:

General Questions

Where is your office/shop located
Our office is located at 56 Kallang Pudding Road, #09-07 HH@Kallang, Singapore 349328. Click here for our address on Google Map.
What are your operating hours
We are open for business on all weekdays (except public holidays) from 10.30am – 5pm.

To avoid disappointment, please let us know in advance before coming over so that we can ensure that there is someone around to assist you and that the item that you are looking for is available.

I'll be driving, where is the nearest parking available
Please feel free to park at our building’s carpark which usually have ample parking lots.

Purchase and Payment

Is there any MOQ (minimum order quantity) in order to make a purchase?
Nope, there isn’t any MOQ and we welcome you to purchase any quantity that you require.
Do you provide discount for bulk purchase?
Yes, we do provide bulk purchase discount for some of our products. Pls email us at marketing@unitech.com.sg and let us know which product you are interested in as well as the quantity required.
Can you send me some free samples to try out first?
Regretfully, we currently does not provide free samples. However, as there isn’t any MOQ requirement for making a purchase, you can consider purchasing a small quantity of the product to try out whether it is suitable for your intended usage.
Can I visit your office to take a look at the product first before deciding whether to buy or not?
Definitely, we are more than happy to have you in our office. However, to avoid disappointment, do give us a call or drop us an email beforehand to confirm the stock availability.
Can you come over to my office to do a demo on your products
Regretfully, due to manpower limitation, currently we are unable to provide demo sessions at our customers office. However, if you would like to, you can visit our office to try out the products first.
Why aren't your products prices listed online?
We apologies for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of our prices online. As a business that operates with very tight margin in order to bring our products to our customers at the lowest possible price, our prices tends to fluctuate whenever there is any changes in factory prices and freight charges etc. Due to this frequent fluctuation of the prices, it is quite resource intensive to constantly update the prices online for our products.
How can I get the pricings for your products?
Please kindly give us a call or drop us an email with details on the products that you are looking for and we will provide you with the current pricing.
How do I know if a particular product is in stock
Most of our products on our website are ex-stock(subject to sales). However, to confirm on the availability, please give us a call @ +65 6848 4867 or drop us an email at marketing@unitech.com.sg. Alternatively, you can also click on the “Request for Quotation” button on the product page to make an enquiry.
How do I make a purchase/order?

What are the payment options available?
Currently we are accepting the following modes of payment:
– Cash
– Corporate Cheque
– Bank transfer
– Online Credit Card / PayPal (both the Online Credit Card and PayPal transactions will be processed by PayPal)
– PayLah/PayNow
What is the warranty for your products
We proudly stand by all the products that we supply and we provide a 90 days warranty for all our products. If you found any defects with any of our products within 90 days of purchase, we will offer a 1-1 exchange for you (or refund if exchange is impossible).

Simply contact us with the product and original invoice and we will provide the exchange for you.

Delivery and Collection

Do you provide local delivery and what are the charges (if any)?
Yes, we provide free delivery within Singapore for orders above $250.00 (before GST).

For orders below $250.00 SGD, there are 2 delivery options available (for local delivery only):
1. Delivery within next working day at a flat rate of $30 (before GST)
2. Delivery within 3-5 working days at a flat rate of $8 (before GST)

Do you provide delivery outside Singapore?
Yes, we can either:
1. Deliver it to your forwarder in Singapore who will deliver it to you, or
2. Arrange for our courier to ship the items to you (shipping charges applicable)
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
For ex-stock items, we are usually able to provide the delivery within 5 working days upon confirmation of order and receiving of payment. For indent-basis items, it will depends on the items that are being ordered and we will try to let you know the delivery timeline when providing the quotation.
Can I purchase self-collect at your office?
Yes, definitely. We welcome you to visit our office to make your purchase directy. Do let us know in advance so that we can have your order prepared and ensure that there is someone in the office to assist with your purchase.
